This is a video has been posted everywhere, but its time to take a look. At an abandoned house some one caught this creature, that is said to be a “Rake.” The person who filmed seemed genuinely shocked, it is either genuine or one hell of an acting job.

Considering that the rake is about as real as slenderman, I’m going to go out on a limb and guess it’s probably not that.
