So Ghost Hunters or TAPS was investigating a prison and they had some camera’s set up. One of the camera’s caught this phenomena and I really can’t explain it. You can try and make an argument but the bottom line is it moved in a way that humans do not and it is semi-transparent. Anyways VIEW, VOTE and DISCUSS!
I remember seeing this on GH and still to this day can only explain it as truly paranormal!
